Balnafettach Farm
A family-run farm situated just outside Cromdale within the Cairngorms National Park, the Cassells farm one of Scotlands oldest native breeds, pure Highland Cattle, and a small flock of sheep - a mixture of pure Jacobs and Texel X. They also have free-roaming chickens, and occasionally rear rare breed pigs from weaners, which they turn into bacon themselves using traditional methods. Working recently with an on-farm butcher, they offer seasonal wild game, shot on the farm and locally, as well as mutton. Carnhell Farm
arnhell Farm is located in Carnhell Green, a small cornish village close to the beautiful beaches of Hayle, Gwithian and Godrevy.
We breed British Lop, Welsh and Gloucester Old Spot pigs, all our pigs are free range and traditionally reared allowing them to grow slowly which enables the meat to develop a more superior flavour therefore producing delicious cuts of pork.
