The Crazy Bear Farm and Farm Shop were originally created for our restaurants - for our chefs, butchers and farmer to work together to develop specialist produce with absolute traceability. We have complete control over the environment in which our animals live, we choose exactly the right time for slaughter, we hang meats in our own butchery to peak maturity, and cut to precise specifications. Seldom Seen Farm
Living in the glorious Leicestershire countryside, Robert and Claire Symington have been farming here for over 40 years. We produce free-range geese, bronze turkeys and our celebrated three-bird-roast. During the summer pick-your-own season we sell a range of soft fruit with our strawberries all grown on table tops, so no bending. During December our farm shop is open for a wide range of festive fare and home baking.
