We are West Dorset’s largest organic vegetable grower with over 150 different varieties grown on more than 15 acres – the farm is 45 acres in total.
We stock a wide range of food including: locally baked bread delivered daily, locally grown fruit and veg, a wide range of local jams, chutneys, sauces and local honey.
The Quick family have farmed in Thurloxton, on the foothills of the Quantocks, for most of the last century, growing wheat, barley and oilseeds, and running a flock of sheep. In 1973 the Pick Your Own was started with the help of neighbouring farmer John Case, with one acre of strawberries. Since then it has grown to meet increasing demand and we now produce a wide range of fruit and vegetables on 25 acres of rich, red, soil.
