CULLISSE Highland Rapeseed Oil was used frequently throughout Nigel Slater’s Simple Cooking series on BBC One with the Christmas Special in 2011 being filmed at Cullisse. On the show Robert cooked a dish of pan-fried venison with slow roasted figs and potato wedges with Nigel remarking that “that oil is very special!”
