All the Beef and Pork at Savin Hill is expertly cut by a craftsman butcher in our specially built premises. Paul, the butcher at Savin Hill has over 20 years experience of cutting meat. He also has a great deal of expertise in the area of charcuterie, with which we have developed some new products using our Saddleback Pork and pork from other British pigs. Look out for them in some specialist food outlets.

Is this your company?

We cut all the meat at the farm in a purpose built temperature controlled environment. This means we have complete control of the preparation and process of all our raw products as well as being able to monitor and record the process correctly.

We are an approved premises and are audited by the Meat Hygiene Service to ensure all our products meet the highest standards throughout all processes.
