Dovecote Bakery is a wholesale bakery based in Cambridge. We make sourdough, speciality breads and cakes for delivery across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. We also have two bakery shops, one in Potton and one in Gamlingay.

In September 2008, Julian Carter and Tim Hart opened Hambleton Bakery, to produce top quality traditionally made bread for Hambleton Hall and Harts in Nottingham, and added a little shop at the front, almost as an afterthought; 10 years on, with a growing list of wholesale customers, Hambleton Bakery now has shops in Oakham, Market Harborough, West Bridgford, Stamford and Oundle.
Coombeshead Bakery, inhabiting the same converted barn space as the restaurant, is headed up by Ben Glazer. Now supplying restaurants, hotels and farm shops around Cornwall, the West Country, London, and beyond with his organic sourdough wares, Ben is also running comprehensive bread workshops on chosen Sundays through the year.

We sell and supply a variety of homemade breads, mornings goods, artisan breads, savouries and patisseries. We use non bleached flour in all of our breads and have one of the lowest salt contents in the country. We are passionate about baking real bread and do not compromise of flavour, freshness or quality. Our real bread is made by hand skilled real bread makers without the use of processing aids or any other artificial additives.

Good bread has always featured in the daily life of Einat Chalmers, head baker and owner of Mamoosh Artisan Bakery. From her everyday life as a child in Israel to the cherished memories of her time at her fathers seafood restaurant in Tel Aviv, baking is in her blood and is her passion!
At Red Bank Farm we produce traditionally and sustainably rear cattle and pigs, growing everything they need from barley to grass, the family run farm provides this beef and pork to the butchers which is then perfectly matured and sold in our farm shop.
