At La Chasse our aim is to provide Chefs in the West Country
the raw materials they need to cook the dishes on their
menus. Yes, we have the foreign funky stuff, which cannot be
grown in Britain, but what really excites us is to find fantastic
local produce, sometimes grown, reared or produced virtually
in your back garden, to offer to our customers.
