Having supplied quality fresh meat and other foodstuffs to hotels and caterers across central Scotland since 1965, we created a butcher's shop on our 3rd generation family farm that opened to the public early in 2014. We opened our doors in June 2001 and as one of Scotlands earliest Farm Shops it quickly established itself not only as a place to buy all sorts of wholesome Scottish produce but also as a popular Coffee Shop.

Daylands Farm
We have a herd of suckler cows with their calves, a flock Charolais sheep and a few pigs. Silage and hay are grown to feed the cattle and sheep in winter, when they can’t graze in the fields, and we grow vegetables and flowers, to sell at the local farmers markets, along with seasonal goods like jams, jellies, syrups and Christmas trees!

All the cuts you would find in any good supermarket and butchers, with the benefit of being direct from the farm and knowing how well the herds are maintained and cared for.
