The Crazy Bear Farm and Farm Shop were originally created for our restaurants - for our chefs, butchers and farmer to work together to develop specialist produce with absolute traceability. Hallsford Farm Produce

Established in 1985, Rothiemurchus Farm Shop started life selling fresh and whisky barrel smoked rainbow trout caught in the clear waters flowing from the Cairngorms straight into its fishery. Before long a fully fledged farm shop was well stocked and selling a range of local produce, from the estate's renowned venison, beef and heather honey to artisan cheeses, wines and beers, locally handmade truffles, pies and pates, and a unique range of jams and preserves.
