We sell and supply a variety of homemade breads, mornings goods, artisan breads, savouries and patisseries. We use non bleached flour in all of our breads and have one of the lowest salt contents in the country. We are passionate about baking real bread and do not compromise of flavour, freshness or quality. Our real bread is made by hand skilled real bread makers without the use of processing aids or any other artificial additives.

At Flint Owl we love bread. More to the point we love long fermented breads made from the finest flours, water and sea salt and that's it. No chemical additives, improvers or fats get anywhere near our doughs.
