Wherever possible, we use locally sourced ingredients, locally grown wheat for our flour and local eggs for our cakes. Milk for our delicious Egg Custards comes from the local dairy. We cook all our own meat for pies, pasties and savouries – all sourced from the local butcher or direct from the abattoir. Our famous Lincolnshire Plumbread is available across the county and also available by mail order. We can post worldwide if required.
