Local food and produce is at the heart of Bedfordshire Growers and so we pride ourselves in selling only the freshest and most local of products and always, wherever possible, try to follow the seasons. Many of our vegetable and salad lines come from Bedfordshire as do our Eggs, meats and pies. We also have very local Jam and Chutney producers as well as very local rapeseed oils. All of our bread is made for us at Ampthill and our cakes less than 30 minutes away in Royston.

Before long a fully fledged farm shop was well stocked and selling a range of local produce, from the estate's renowned venison, beef and heather honey to artisan cheeses, wines and beers, locally handmade truffles, pies and pates, and a unique range of jams and preserves.
